MEDITATION

"Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is darkness light;
Where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine master, Grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console,
To be understood as to understand,
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
It is in dying to self that we are born to eternal life..."

(a prayer by Saint Francis of Assisi)

The Cosmic Light is the root of our being, from atoms to consciousness, and in that light we are unified with the entire Universe. We always have been and always will be. This is what the Wisdom of the Ages is teaching us. Trying to understand it calls on intuition as well as intellect, heart as well as mind, and is quite literally the quest of lifetime.

The unlimited source of cosmic energy is at our disposal. We have only to start using it. The great cosmic intelligence lies within us. We have only to connect our individual mind with the cosmic intelligence and the universal mind, to gain all clarity of thinking and endless possibilities of activities, and live a life of eternal freedom on Earth!

Let us find out where the source is, and having found out the source, let us try to connect and be in a position to draw on unlimited amount of happiness and energy, intelligence, peace and grace; for our good and for the good of our surroundings.

Easier to meditate. Progressive practice of the meditation creates transformation and shift in your karmic layers. There are changes that happen in your physical, emotional and intellectual field. by quieting the mind and bringing it to a state wholeness, the mind reveals its deep intelligence. Perception shift is the first noticeable change in the relative field.

Researchers have scientifically proved that meditators swiftly shift their brain activity to different areas of the cortex. Brain waves in the stress-prone right frontal cortex quickly move to the calmer left frontal cortex. This mental shift decreases the negative effects of stress, depression and anxiety. There is also minimal activity in the amygdale, where the brain processes fear.

Changes in the preferences, attitude, patience, tolerance and perseverance levels, are positively noted with the meditation.
